What a professional company. The owner Ken was able to navigate through all the contractor requirements my insurance and mortgage company had laid out.. (Seven other companies were not approved to do the work) Their crew did an outstanding roofing job and went above and beyond. They have high standards and expectations of their people. Eric and Chance were on site often and made sure all work was done correctly. I highly recommend Big State Roofing & Restoration to anyone who needs work done. They are just plain good & honest people to do business with.
Contrary to the other reviews I have read, I was informed from the outset of the project that the deductible was my responsibility in accordance with the law. This transparency and outright integrity is what drove me to select Big State for the job.
